These will pay the penalty of eternal [aionios] destruction [olethros], away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power… (2 Thes 1:9).

The word 'away' has been added by translators and is not in the original text, totally changing its meaning.

It should read.... aionios olethros from the presence of the Lord.
